Tomorrow is a Furthermore Expression of Today

A cool chain of lights are spinning, wavering water lines.

Purchase of food

Cracks take off across the road.

A road is committed to light.

It is soothing to swim underneath rafters.

Silt settles, and I crawl down the road in search of night.

Next day I am:

         Stymied in religion

         Collaborated on by strangers

         Prejudiced by winds

Don’t worry. At the end of the day I can swim soothingly

underneath rafters, and then walk among night’s invisible grasp.

Keep faith in following hands to the currents down‑road.
